Tennis Coach 4U provides a free coach matching service that connects players with verified, USPTA/PTR-certified tennis coaches. We facilitate the initial connection; the coaching relationship is between you and the matched coach.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in the matching form. You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass coaches or other users.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Tennis Coach 4U and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any coach match will result in a satisfactory coaching relationship. We verify credentials but do not supervise individual coaching sessions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tennis Coach 4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any coaching relationship facilitated through the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tennis Coach 4U harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or coaches.
